QUESTIONS
There are a few things you might want to know! Good news I have answers!
How does the booking process work?
It is a pretty simple process thanks to my workflow management system. After our initial correspondence via either Website, Email, Facebook or Instagram. I set up a Client portal for you which documents and maintains all of our correspondence. Booking proposal/Contract/Invoice/Galleries. We may have a telephone chat or a Zoom meeting to go over more of the details as we talk design and What to Wear for your Session. I do have a Client Questionnaire I ask my clients to fill out. It helps me to get to know your Family dynamic and therefor help me photograph you all more intimately.
How long does it take to get images?
For my Family Sessions it is a 2 week turnaround (up to 4 weeks during high volume season such as Fall, this is why it is helpful to book your Session ahead of time to secure your space). At this point you will receive your private online Client Gallery and receive the Digital Files 1 week after that date. (If package includes Digital Files) If you have ordered Fine Art Prints or Wall Art it will take up to 4 weeks to receive your Albums or Art. I send out to several different Professional Labs for my Art pieces.
Do you travel for Sessions?
Yes please!! Let’s go!! My favourite thing to do is to travel and meet new people. It is a goal of mine to live and photograph in Italy one day. If you are travelling through Canada, hit me up and we will discuss travel fees or grab a couple friends and you can split the travel fee! Or, you may happen to be travelling to the same destination as me and we meet up and make Art, that would be fun.
What is the Payment Schedule?
I kindly request 50% of the package price to reserve your Session Date. An Invoice will be sent over via email and the Deposit amount will be applied to your Grand total. Remainder of the balance is Due on the Day of the Session. I accept payments of Cash, Cheque, Debit and Credit.
What if I need to Cancel?
Cancellations happen. Unless of a dire emergency 24 hours notice is requested. We will reschedule your Session to a new date that accommodates us both. Your deposit will remain as is and we have a new Date. This may happen up to 3 times. After the third cancellation your Deposit will be kept and a new one will be issued for a fresh date.
Branding Faq’s
For my Branding Sessions, the turn around is much quicker. I have the Gallery prepared for next day, and produce the Final product within the week. Larger companies the turn around is up to 3 weeks for Final product and depends on volume of employees. May be rushed at an additional fee.
